DR. VITALEX is not responsible for any damages that occur from using DR. VITALEX products that are available to be sold on this website or any third party retailers that sell DR. VITALEX products. 

DR. VITALEX products may wear out over time and may cause damage depending on usage and surfaces with which DR. VITALEX products come into contact. Certain surfaces may be incompatible with placement of DR. VITALEX products leading to damage of such surfaces and therefore are not recommended for use with DR. VITALEX products. Examples of such surfaces include, but are not limited to natural surfaces such as porous stones like marble, granite, limestone, and sandstone. Misuse and excessive weight on DR. VITALEX products can cause weak spots that could lead to permanent damage of DR. VITALEX products and cause injury.

DR. VITALEX shall not be liable for damages, such as scratches, stains, and other marks to any surface, such as floors and countertops, resulting from the use of DR. VITALEX products. DR. VITALEX shall not be responsible for any damages to the surface characteristics or integrity of any material, including but not limited to natural surfaces such as porous stones like marble, granite, limestone, and sandstone, that DR. VITALEX products are placed on or with which DR. VITALEX products otherwise come into contact.  

IN NO EVENT SHALL DR. VITALEX BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO PROPERTY OR LIFE, WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR MISUSE OF DR. VITALEX PRODUCTS. 

No claims, representations, or warranties, whether expressed or implied, are made by DR. VITALEX as to the safety, reliability, durability, and performance of any of DR. VITALEX products. Furthermore, DR. VITALEX accepts no liability for the safety, reliability, durability, and performance of any of DR. VITALEX products.

This disclaimer does not apply to any express product warranty offered by the product manufacturer.
